Refund policy

 

Conditions for returns:  

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.  

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.  

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, the original outbound shipping cost of $50 will be deducted from the refund, including orders offered with free shipping.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping deductions do not apply to defective or incorrectly shipped items where prohibited by law.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.  

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
